Scheduling your topper consultation is the first step toward finding the perfect solution for you. Once you book your appointment, you’ll receive three emails to guide you through the process:
We know that choosing a topper can feel overwhelming, and we want you to feel completely comfortable. You’re welcome to bring a friend or loved one for support! We also ask that you don’t bring childern under 16 unless they are the client.

You’ll be greeted by the Sullivan Hairwear host, who will offer you something fun to drink, and chat with you about your hopes and anxieties about the upcoming appointment. Once you’ve spent a few minutes with our host, you’ll be introduced to your master stylist. Your master stylist will chat with you for a few more minutes and then the fun begins. You get to try on as many colors and styles that would work with your hair. This is your time to shine! What happens next?
You’ll have two options:
After your purchase, we’ll check in to see if you have any questions or concerns. Remember, everyone who purchases a topper gets “One Free Visit” which gives you an hour to come in and talk about any questions you have or have your topper trimmed, bangs added, etc.
