Scheduling your topper consultation is the first step. After you schedule your topper consultation, you will receive an email. That email will talk about how together, we can succeed in finding the best topper for you.
We know that this process can make you feel nervous or even a little scared. You are welcome to bring a friend or a loved one with you to the appointment. We do ask that you only bring one person as our salon has limited space. We also ask that you do not bring children under the age of 16 unless they are the client.
About a week out, someone from the Sullivan Hairwear will call you to see if you have any questions or concerns that we can answer.
You’ll be greeted by the Sullivan Hairwear host, who will offer you a glass of bubbly or spa water, and chat with you about your hopes and anxieties about the upcoming appointment. Once you’ve spent a few minutes with our host, you’ll be introduced to your master stylist. Your master stylist will chat with you for a few more minutes and then the fun begins. You get to try on as many colors and styles that would work with your hair. This is your time to shine! What happens next?

About two weeks after your purchase, we will give you a call to see if you have any questions or concerns. We will share with you about the care and maintenance of your new topper.
